Our client, IAMGOLD (IMG) is a leading mid-tier, Canadian-based gold mining company producing approximately one million ounces annually from 5 gold mines on 3 continents.  IMG is positioned to continue to grow due to its strong financial position, extensive management and operational expertise and an array of ambitious development and exploration projects planned for West Africa, select countries in South America and in the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Québec.

In order to achieve its growth objectives, the company has asked our assistance in identifying top-tier, mobile and career-oriented professionals who wish to be part of the IMG success story. Specifically, we are looking for junior to mid-career individuals formally educated in Mining, Metallurgy or Engineering who have a background in open pit mining, engineering or conventional gold and mineral processing and who wish to advance their expertise within the following technical, professional or functional leadership positions:

Metallurgist / Metallurgist II / Superintendent, Metallurgy
Mechanical Engineer I / Mechanical Engineer II
Superintendent, Engineering / Chief Engineer
Mine Engineer II / Mine Engineer III
Superintendent, Mine/ Manager, Mill / Manager, Mine
